Understand your daily life.
We begin with your household, daily routines, property, and budget. A questionnaire and conversation help us define the spaces your home needs.

Put the possibilities on paper.
We develop an initial layout and exterior direction, then discuss the first draft together.

Refine the whole home.
Your agreement includes up to two consolidated schematic revision rounds, up to two design-development revision rounds, and one final minor coordination/correction round within the agreed scope.

Prepare the construction drawings.
Approved design decisions become coordinated construction documents. Required engineering and other licensed services are identified separately.
Practical judgment.
Clear responsibility.
Design production begins in-house. Internal reviews check the approved program, dimensions, circulation, drawing coordination, and revision consistency before delivery.
Required engineering and other licensed professional services are separately identified. Project-specific requirements and consultant coordination are confirmed in the agreement.
Changes outside the agreed program, additional revision rounds, and expanded scope are discussed before extra work proceeds.
