Begin with people.
Then draw the plan.
How does your household gather? What needs a quiet corner? Where does the day become inconvenient? Those answers guide the layout before we work through the exterior and construction details.
Your architectural preferences matter. The Planworks identity reflects our approach to craft; your home’s style should reflect you.
A coordinated scope
Plans, exterior elevations, relevant layouts, lighting and electrical intent, standard 3D views, and coordinated PDF construction documents are defined in your agreement. Specialized engineering, surveying, and other licensed professional services remain separate.

From your priorities
to your plans.
- 01
Understand your everyday.
A lifestyle questionnaire and consultation establish your priorities, site information, budget context, and design program.
- 02
Put the possibilities on paper.
We develop an initial layout and exterior direction, then discuss the first draft together.
- 03
Refine the whole home.
We develop the final draft, review it with you, and complete one consolidated revision round within the agreed scope.
- 04
Prepare the building set.
Approved design decisions become coordinated construction documents. Required engineering and other licensed services are identified separately.
